• Business and professional event accompaniment

All services are strictly limited to companionship and social interaction. We do not provide or facilitate any illegal activities.

4. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official channels
• Bookings are subject to companion availability
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the beginning of the appointment
• All rates are clearly stated and agreed upon in advance
• Additional expenses (travel, accommodation) are charged separately
• We accept cash and bank transfer payments

5. Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 12 hours: Full fee applies
• Emergency cancellations: Considered case by case

6. Client Conduct

• Treat companions with respect and courtesy
• Maintain appropriate behavior at all times
• Respect boundaries set by companions
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Maintain confidentiality about companions and services

7. Privacy and Discretion

We are committed to maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality for all clients and companions. Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy, and we expect the same discretion from our clients.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal activities
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Recording or photographing without consent
• Sharing personal information about companions
• Attempting to arrange direct bookings outside our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

Vip Bham acts as an introduction and booking service. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during appointments. Companions are independent contractors responsible for their own actions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Vip Bham and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to our business or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in UK courts.
